Our team successfully participated in the key industry event, the Microelectronics 2025 exhibition, where we presented our latest achievements in the field of components and sensor systems. Our centerpiece was a prototype of the Mech2D360 mechanical 2D lidar, which for the first time demonstrated a design that closely resembles the production model scheduled for release in the first half of 2026.
The professional audience was particularly interested in the demonstration of the full development chain, from basic elements to complex devices. We clearly demonstrated how our proprietary silicon photodetectors and application-specific integrated circuits (ASICs) form the basis for creating cutting-edge solutions such as lidars.
A key event at the exhibition was DEPHAN Commercial Director Yury Pozdnyakov's presentation, "Experience in Domestic Development of a Fundamentally New Silicon Photodetector Design," as part of the scientific session. His presentation highlighted the depth of our expertise and sparked a lively discussion among experts.
Participating in the exhibition allowed us not only to establish ourselves as a serious player in microelectronics but also to discuss with potential partners specific ways to integrate our components and systems into their products.
